The Buma People

The Buma people are a formerly unreached people group in the Horn of Africa. JESUS Film Harvest Partners had the opportunity to show the JESUS Film and something we had never seen before happened. At one point in the film, the people spontaneously rushed toward the screen on both sides and responded to Jesus speaking their language. People of all ages began to raise their hands and pray to God.

This is evidence of Jesus' words, "If you lift me up, people will be drawn to me." At this showing, 350 people our of 500 viewers prayed to receive Christ into their lives!

Saturday we were privileged to attend the JESUS Film Harvest Partners Indianapolis World Challenge. . . and what a challenge we received. The Mission of JFHP is " 'Sharing God's love with the lost to help fulfill the Great Commission' JESUS Film Harvest Partners is a ministry which partners with other Kingdom ministries to make Christ-like disciples in the nations. JESUS Film Harvest Partners is involved in evangelism, discipleship, church development, leadership training, and pastoral education."
